What shipping methods do you offer for international orders?

We ship worldwide using registered airmail and express courier services. All international orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the package departs our warehouse.

How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during transit?

We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are often removed from their outer sleeves before packing to prevent seam splits during transit, unless the item is factory sealed.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement if the item is still in stock.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway.

Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases?

Yes, we frequently list highly anticipated releases for pre-order. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.
